REQUIREMENTS FOR RECOMMENDING OR BEING RECOMMENDED FOR AWARD IN ANY OF THE CATEGORIES IN NOA.

1. Full and up to date (2013) membership of the NOA & the ODORBN of the nominee and the member nominating.

2. Members recommending or being recommended for other awards must be 5 years post graduation
